"For most of us when we hear about Hawai'i there is an inside notion of relaxation because we all relate to it as paradise. However the reason that there is any notion inside of us is because of healing. The Hawaiian Islands are a healing place were oud spirits vcan get cleansed and nurtured. This trip is designed to deepen the knowledge of the islands via the Hawaiians Kumu's (teachers), via the Hawaiian people, and of course via the land itself. It is an opportunity to visit the islands not as a tourist but as a seeker. Seeking the knwoledge is a journey for self discovery of the knowledge within. E Komo Mai, you are welcome to join."
WHAT TO EXPECT (and what is included in the price):
* Cleansing Ceremonies at the ocean
* Full day fieldtrip to Vulcano, visit Kilaueacrater the home of tutu Pele and connect with the forest via the stories.
* Full day fieldtrip to the Sacred Waipio Valley, connecting to Pohaku, working in tarot patches
* Full day fieldtrip to all the ancient sacred sites (Heiaus) along the Kona coast and its connections to pratitioners of lomilomi: Pu'uhonua o Honaunau, Hikiau, Lekeleke, Keauhou, Pu'ukohola
* Hula- and Chantingpractices
* Working with Lomisticks (=a massagestick made of a branch of the guavetree)
* Teachings of Hawaiian floor lomi with Aunty Maryann Nakoa Barros and/or Hawaiian reflexology
* Workshop La'au lapa'au/Hawaiian Herbal Medicine with Kumu Kai Kaholokai
* Two mornings of canoeing in outrigger canoe on open ocean
* Talk Story about ancient oceannavigation
* Different Talk Story with Kupuna (elders) from the islands
* Ho'oponopono teachings and practice with Kumu Punahele Andrade
* Flying Dance Meditation at the ocean, connecting you with the oceanwaves
* Guided tour at ancient petroglyphfields and ancient restored oceanfishponds
* Visit and snorkeling at Kealakekua bay with possible encounter with wild dolphins
* Sunrise at the top of Haleakala Vulcano
* Visit La Perouse Bay, possible encounter with wild dolphins, walking the Kings Way
* Visit the seven sacred pools and hiking the rainforest with bamboeforest/waterfalls
* Visit secluded beaches

Of course the programm is due to changes depending on what happens a year from now.
The programm is designed for you to get a deeper knowledge of the islands, to connect more with the islands within yourself and connect with all the teachings that they have to offer. The Kumu (teachers) and Kupuna that we invited are all teachers native to Hawaii. If you want to know more about them, or about the places we will visit, you can google almost all of them so you get an idea who we are working with and what we are planning to visit. We think it is a wonderful, exciting and great programm and are looking forward to attend it ourselves.
On Hawai'i Island we will stay in Puako Bed and Breakfast, www.bigisland-bedbreakfast.com The whole place is for us during our stay and it will get cosy. As in all our work, also this trip is 'Ohana style. Which means we will get close: we will eat together, cook together, rest and play together and teachings will be shared as it is being done in the old days.
